Strelitzia nicolai | 'Giant White Bird of Paradise' 3g

Strelitzia nicolai (Giant White Bird of Paradise) is a striking evergreen featuring fan-shaped clumps of massive banana-like leaves with smooth, woody stems. It can reach 20 to 30 feet tall and 6 to 10 feet wide at maturity, creating a bold architectural presence. The plant thrives in full sun to part shade, prefers rich, moist yet well-drained soil, and tolerates moderate drought once established. It produces dramatic white and blue crane-flower blooms year-round, with peak flowering in spring and summer. Hardy in USDA Zones 9b–11.

You will receive a plant similar to the one pictured, it is a fully rooted plant. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail within the United States and its outlying territories ONLY.  We do not ship internationally.

All of our plants are shipped bare-root and without their original nursery pot.  This is done both to protect the plant and to reduce shipping expenses. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight.  Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
