Stenocarpus sinuatus | 'Firewheel Tree' 5g

Stenocarpus sinuatus, commonly called the Firewheel Tree, is an evergreen ornamental tree with glossy, wavy-margined leaves and striking circular clusters of red and orange “wheel” flowers. In cultivation, it usually reaches 20 to 30 feet tallwith a spread of about 8 to 12 feet. It favors full sun to part shade, rich well-drained soil, and moderate water, and it tolerates occasional drought once established. Flowering occurs most often in late summer through autumn, with ornamental fruit capsules following. Hardy in USDA Zones 9a through 12b. 

You will receive a plant similar to the one pictured, it is a fully rooted plant. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail within the United States and its outlying territories ONLY.  We do not ship internationally.

All of our plants are shipped bare-root and without their original nursery pot.  This is done both to protect the plant and to reduce shipping expenses. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight.  Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
