The Rhipsalis (Lepismium) monacantha, also known as the Naked-Stem Rhipsalis, is a trailing epiphytic cactus with slender, green, cylindrical stems that cascade gracefully, making it ideal for hanging baskets or as a shelf plant. It can reach up to 3–4 feet long, creating a lush, trailing effect in your indoor or shaded outdoor space. This tropical cactus prefers bright, indirect light or partial shade and thrives in well-draining soil with moderate watering, allowing the soil to dry slightly between waterings. Blooming typically occurs in late winter to early spring, producing small, delicate white or pinkish flowers along the stems that add subtle charm. Its low-maintenance nature makes it perfect for indoor gardening, terrariums, or shaded patio spots, while its cascading habit adds a unique visual texture to any plant collection. Smaller items may or may not be shipped within their nursery pots. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight.  Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
