Opuntia microdasys 'Yellow' 4in

The Opuntia microdasys 'Yellow', also known as the Bunny Ear Cactus, is a low-growing cactus with flat, oval-shaped pads covered in dense clusters of golden-yellow glochids, giving it a unique, fuzzy appearance without traditional spines. This visually striking cactus typically grows to 2–3 feet tall and 3–4 feet wide, forming dense, spreading clumps that make a bold statement in any succulent collection or desert garden. It thrives in full sun and requires minimal water, preferring well-draining soil to prevent root rot. Smaller items may or may not be shipped within their nursery pots. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight.  Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
