Leucadendron 'Hawaii Sunrise' - 5 Gallon (GN)

Leucadendron ‘Hawaii Sunrise’ (Royal Hawaiian™ Conebush) is a compact evergreen shrub with elegant oval green leaves edged in red, forming a dense mound topped in late winter through spring with vibrant yellow cone‑like bracts. This petite beauty matures at around 2–3 ft tall and 3–4 ft wide, making it ideal for small gardens, borders, or containers. The rich foliage transitions from green to subtle red tones in cooler seasons, adding year‑round visual interest. It thrives in full sun, prefers well‑drained, gritty or sandy soil, and once established requires low to moderate watering, making it highly drought‑tolerant and low-maintenance. Hardy to USDA zones 9b–11, it resists heat and is excellent for xeriscape gardens or architectural landscape accents. With minimal pruning needed, it’s a standout choice for cut-flower use, container styling, or pollinator‑friendly planting.

All of our plants are shipped bare-root and without their original nursery pot. This is done both to protect the plant and to reduce shipping expenses. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight. Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry.
