The Haworthia retusa f. acuminata is a small, rosette-forming succulent with thick, pointed green leaves that often feature translucent “windowed” tips, giving it a unique and striking geometric appearance. This slow-growing succulent typically reaches 2–3 inches in height and 3–4 inches in diameter, making it perfect for desktop planters, small containers, or succulent arrangements. It thrives in bright, indirect sunlight or partial shade and requires minimal water, allowing the soil to dry completely between waterings. Blooming generally occurs in late winter to early spring, producing slender, white tubular flowers on thin stalks that add a delicate accent above the rosette. Haworthia retusa f. acuminata is ideal for indoor cultivation or outdoor rock gardens in protected areas and is valued for its low-maintenance care and sculptural form. Its compact size and slow growth make it highly collectible among succulent enthusiasts. USDA Hardiness Zones 9–11.
