Variegated Aloe nobilis, also known as Golden Toothed Aloe, is a stunning succulent featuring fleshy green leaves adorned with creamy-yellow variegation and edged with soft, golden spines, forming symmetrical rosettes that add vibrant color to any collection. This compact, clumping aloe typically grows 1 to 2 feet tall and wide, producing offsets that create dense clusters over time. Thriving in full sun to partial shade, it prefers well-draining, gritty soil and requires low to occasional watering, making it highly drought-tolerant once established. In late spring to summer, it showcases striking orange-red flower spikes that attract hummingbirds and pollinators. Ideal for rock gardens, succulent landscapes, or container planting, Variegated Aloe nobilis adds year-round interest with its bold foliage and vibrant blooms. Hardy in USDA Zones 9 through 11, it can tolerate temperatures down to approximately 20°F when kept dry.
