The Euphorbia resinifera, also known as the Moroccan Mound, is a clumping succulent with upright, four-angled stems that form a dense, geometric mound of blue-green growth, giving it a cactus-like appearance. Over time, this plant can reach 2–4 feet tall and spread 3–6 feet wide, creating a striking focal point in rock gardens or container displays. It thrives in full sun with well-draining soil and is highly drought-tolerant, requiring very little water once established. In spring, it produces clusters of small, bright yellow flowers at the tips of its stems, adding seasonal color and interest. This unique succulent is prized for its architectural form, low maintenance needs, and ability to handle heat and dry conditions. It is ideal for xeriscaping, desert landscapes, or collectors of rare and unusual plants. USDA Hardiness Zones 9–11.
