Cussonia paniculata ssp. sinuata 5g

The Cussonia paniculata ssp. sinuata, also known as the Cabbage Tree, is a striking, small to medium-sized tree featuring glossy, deeply lobed green leaves that radiate from a central stem in a unique umbrella-like pattern. It can grow to be 15–25 feet tall with a spread of 10–15 feet, making it an excellent focal point in landscapes or large containers. This tree thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-draining soil with moderate water, although it is fairly drought-tolerant once established. In late spring to early summer, it produces small, cream-colored to yellowish flowers in large, branched clusters, attracting pollinators and adding subtle seasonal interest. Its unusual foliage and sculptural growth habit make it a unique and eye-catching addition to gardens, patios, or tropical-themed landscapes. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight. Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry.
