The Crested Euphorbia mauritanica is a striking succulent with a unique, fan-shaped crested growth that forms dense clusters of waxy, green stems accented by small, rounded leaves along the ridges. This slow-growing succulent can reach up to 2–3 feet tall and 3–4 feet wide, making it an eye-catching specimen for containers or desert-style gardens. It thrives in full sun and well-draining soil, tolerating low water conditions once established, and is exceptionally drought-resistant. In the spring, it produces small yellow flowers that appear along the crests, adding subtle seasonal color. Its unusual, sculptural form makes it a rare and collectible plant, perfect for succulent enthusiasts or as a standout centerpiece in xeriscaped landscapes. Low maintenance and resilient, this plant is ideal for both indoor bright spots and outdoor arid gardens. USDA Hardiness Zones 9–11.
