The Chamaedorea microspadix, commonly known as the Hardy Bamboo Palm, is a graceful, clumping palm with slender, upright green stems and arching, feathery fronds that add a tropical feel to any space. This palm typically grows to 6–10 feet tall and 3–5 feet wide, making it perfect for indoor pots, patios, or shaded garden corners. It thrives in bright, indirect light to partial shade and prefers moderate watering with well-draining soil, tolerating occasional dryness once established. While primarily grown for its elegant foliage, it can occasionally produce small yellow flowers followed by black fruits. The Chamaedorea microspadix is low-maintenance, cold-tolerant for a palm, and ideal for creating a lush, tropical look in both indoor and outdoor settings. All of our plants are shipped bare-root and without their original nursery pot. This is done both to protect the plant and to reduce shipping expenses. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight. Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry.
