5gal Mexican Grass Tree (L99) | Dasylirion longissimum

Dasylirion longissimum, commonly known as the Mexican Grass Tree, is a striking evergreen succulent featuring a dense rosette of slender, spineless, blue-green leaves that radiate symmetrically from a central trunk. This architectural plant typically reaches 4 to 6 feet in height and width, though mature specimens can grow up to 10 feet tall with age. Thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, it is highly drought-tolerant and requires minimal maintenance once established. In late spring to summer, mature plants may produce a dramatic flower spike up to 10 feet tall, adorned with small white blooms. Ideal for xeriscaping, containers, or as a sculptural focal point, the Mexican Grass Tree is hardy in USDA Zones 8 through 11.  
  

You will receive the exact plant pictured, it is a fully rooted plant. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail within the United States and its outlying territories ONLY.  We do not ship internationally.

All of our plants are shipped bare-root and without their original nursery pot.  This is done both to protect the plant and to reduce shipping expenses. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight.  Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
