4-inch Trichodiadema densum | Desert Rose

Trichodiadema densum, commonly known as the Desert Rose, is a compact, clumping succulent native to South Africa. It features densely packed, grey-green leaves tipped with a distinctive crown of approximately 20 white bristles, resembling cactus areoles. This small perennial typically reaches up to 6 inches (15 cm) in height. In spring, it produces daisy-like flowers with reddish petals, adding vibrant color to any collection. Thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, Trichodiadema densum requires minimal watering, making it an excellent choice for xeriscaping and drought-tolerant gardens. It is suitable for USDA Hardiness Zones 9 to 11.

4-inch items may or may not be shipped within their nursery pots. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight.  Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
