4-inch Mammillaria spinosissima ‘Un Pico’

The Mammillaria spinosissima 'Un Pico', also known as the One Spine Cactus, is a unique cactus with a dense coat of white radial spines and just one prominent central spine per tubercle. It forms an upright, columnar shape and can grow up to 12 inches tall and 3 inches wide, making it a striking addition to cactus collections or decorative pots. This cactus thrives in full sun to bright indirect light, requires very little water, and prefers well-draining soil to prevent rot. In late spring to summer, it produces small, bright pink to magenta flowers that bloom in a circular crown near the top of the stem. Drought-tolerant and low-maintenance, it's ideal for sunny windowsills, outdoor rock gardens, or as a collector’s specimen. Allow soil to dry completely between waterings and keep dry in winter. Best suited for USDA Hardiness Zones 9–11.

You will receive a plant similar to the one pictured, it is a fully rooted plant. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail within the United States and its outlying territories ONLY.  We do not ship internationally.

4-inch items may or may not be shipped within their nursery pots. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight.  Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
