Red Tip Photinia (Photinia × fraseri) is a fast-growing evergreen shrub prized for its vibrant red new leaves that mature to glossy dark green. It typically reaches 10 to 15 feet in height and width, making it ideal for hedges, screens, or specimen plantings. Thriving in full sun to partial shade, it prefers well-drained soil and is moderately drought-tolerant once established. In spring, it produces clusters of small white flowers, which may have an unpleasant odor, followed by red berries that attract birds. Regular pruning encourages dense growth and maintains its shape. Hardy in USDA Zones 7a–9b.      

You will receive a plant similar to the one pictured, it is a fully rooted plant. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail within the United States and its outlying territories ONLY.  We do not ship internationally.

All of our plants are shipped bare-root and without their original nursery pot.  This is done both to protect the plant and to reduce shipping expenses. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight.  Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
