1gal Red Kangaroo Paw | Anigozanthos ‘Big Red’

The Red Kangaroo Paw (Anigozanthos ‘Big Red’) is a striking perennial known for its tall, velvety, red flower spikes that resemble a kangaroo’s paw, rising above clumps of sword-like green foliage. It typically reaches 4 to 6 feet in height and spreads 2 to 3 feet wide. Thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, this plant prefers regular watering during dry periods but is drought-tolerant once established. Blooming from late spring through fall, it attracts hummingbirds and pollinators, adding vibrant color to gardens and containers. Ideal for USDA Hardiness Zones 9–11.

You will receive a plant similar to the one pictured, it is a fully rooted plant. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail within the United States and its outlying territories ONLY.  We do not ship internationally.

All of our plants are shipped bare-root and without their original nursery pot.  This is done both to protect the plant and to reduce shipping expenses. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight.  Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
