The Mexican Sweet Pea Shrub (Polygala × dalmaisiana) is an evergreen shrub with vibrant purple-pink flowers and a distinctive white crest. It typically grows 3 to 5 feet tall and wide, forming a rounded, bushy shape ideal for borders or containers. Thriving in full sun to partial shade, it prefers well-drained soil and moderate watering. Blooming from spring through fall—and nearly year-round in frost-free areas—it adds continuous color to your garden. This low-maintenance plant is drought-tolerant once established and benefits from occasional pruning to maintain its shape. Suitable for USDA Hardiness Zones 9 to 11.   

You will receive a plant similar to the one pictured, it is a fully rooted plant. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail within the United States and its outlying territories ONLY.  We do not ship internationally.

All of our plants are shipped bare-root and without their original nursery pot.  This is done both to protect the plant and to reduce shipping expenses. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight.  Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
