Bay Laurel (Laurus nobilis) is an evergreen shrub or small tree prized for its glossy, aromatic leaves used in cooking. It typically grows 10 to 30 feet tall and wide, but can be pruned to maintain a compact form or shaped into topiary. Thriving in full sun to partial shade, Bay Laurel prefers well-drained soil and tolerates drought once established. In spring, it produces small, pale yellow-green flowers, with female plants developing dark berries later in the season. This versatile plant is ideal for containers, hedges, or as a specimen tree. Hardy in USDA Zones 8 through 11.
You will receive a plant similar to the one pictured, it is a fully rooted plant. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail within the United States and its outlying territories ONLY. We do not ship internationally.
All of our plants are shipped bare-root and without their original nursery pot. This is done both to protect the plant and to reduce shipping expenses. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight. Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
