The Aloe acutissima is a striking and uncommon aloe species known for its slender, sharply pointed blue-green leaves edged with fine teeth, forming a graceful, upright rosette with a slightly open habit. This attractive succulent typically grows to about 2–3 feet tall and 2–3 feet wide, making it a great choice for containers, rock gardens, or as a structural accent in the landscape. It thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-draining soil with low water needs once established, making it highly drought-tolerant and easy to maintain. During the winter months, it produces tall flower spikes with tubular red to orange blooms, which attract hummingbirds and add vibrant seasonal color. Its combination of elegant form, hardy nature, and vivid flowers makes it a desirable addition for both collectors and gardeners. Best suited for warm climates, it performs well in USDA Hardiness Zones 9–11.

You will receive the exact plant pictured, it is a fully rooted plant. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail within the United States and its outlying territories ONLY.  We do not ship internationally.

All of our plants are shipped bare-root and without their original nursery pot. This is done both to protect the plant and to reduce shipping expenses. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight.  Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
