4-inch Vicks Plant | ‘Plectranthus tomentosa’ (L32)

The Vicks Plant, Plectranthus tomentosa, is a soft, aromatic succulent known for its fuzzy, mint-green leaves that release a soothing menthol scent when touched—similar to the smell of Vicks Vaporub. It typically grows up to 12 inches tall and 24 inches wide, spreading gently as a trailing or mounding plant, making it perfect for hanging baskets or sunny windowsills. This plant thrives in bright indirect light to partial sun, requires low to moderate water, and prefers well-draining soil to prevent root rot. In ideal conditions, it can possibly produce small purple to lavender flowers during the warmer months, though it's most loved for its fragrant foliage. The Vicks Plant is low-maintenance, fast-growing, and great for indoor herb gardens or patio containers. Allow the soil to dry between waterings, and reduce watering in winter. Best suited for USDA Hardiness Zones 9–11.

4-inch items may or may not be shipped within their nursery pots. We pack our products by hand and take great care to ensure they arrive at their final destination safely. Upon receiving your plants, make sure to remove them from their packaging immediately, repot them using dry soil, and provide ample sunlight.  Water as needed, making sure to water again only when the soil is completely dry. Succulents are very hardy and will rebound easily with proper care.
